Greenham Partnership was founded in April 1991 by Anthony Greenham FRICS IRRV who had previously worked in the private sector in the area for twenty years. Anthony retired from the practice in March 2007, but still stays in contact giving advice when required.

Chris Stubbs BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the practice in 1996 with the role of developing the commercial agency side of the practice, having extensive commercial agency experience from two other firms in Manchester. Chris was made a partner in 2001 and continues to run the Agency side of the practice.

In 2005 Andy Donn BSc (Hons) MRCIS joined the practice as a partner dealing with all professional matters. Andy has previous experience in both private practice and the public sector. Most recently he ran his own firm ‘Andrew Donn Commercial’ in Bramhall.

Greenham Commercial became a limited company in 2005 and is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy and firm of Chartered Surveyors. The directors each have well in excess of 25 years working in the property profession in the region and know the North West market intimately.
