Andy Donn

BSc (Hons) MRICS

Andy qualified in 1998 from Sheffield and has worked in the northwest of England for almost all of that time other than one year in Nottinghamshire.

As a member of the RICS specialising in valuations, landlord and tenant advice and business rates appeals, Andy has worked at associate director level in two major national practices as well as heading a department providing landlord and tenant and business rates advice throughout the country based in offices in Manchester.

Andy joined Greenham Commercial in 2005 as a director where he has continued to provide quality advice in his fields of expertise to clients on a more regional basis.

When not working Andy enjoys theatre and cinema and the increasingly difficult task of trying to keep fit.
